Since 1990, BRG has applied this proven 'best practice' methodology to assist our customers in appropriately rolling out supportable and scalable business solutions with a focus on user acceptance, and an awareness of financial/technical constraints.

The four phases of the model provide the ability to ramp into the process at the customer's own pace. Each stage in the process targets specific business goals to support change in the workplace.

1. Requirements Analysis: Gain team consensus on goals and user acceptance/buy-in on implementation approach.
2. Solution Design: Detail specific solutions to the challenges discovered.
3. Implementation: Proof-of-concept and execution of the blueprint/solution design.
4. Support Services: Sustainability, change management, continual measurement and improvement.
